The purpose of the Londonderry Youth Football & Spirit (LYFS) organization is to provide football and competitive cheerleading for youth ages 5-15 in Londonderry and the surrounding area.

This page outlines directions to Londonderry fields as well as directions from Londonderry to other teams' fields.
 
  • Directions to Londonderry fields:
    • Londonderry High School (LHS) Track or Varsity Field - 295 Mammoth Rd. Londonderry
      NOTE:  No DOGS are allowed!
        • Track field is directly behind the high school.
        • Varsity field is directly behind the dirt parking lot on the right-side of the high school.
        • "Panther Park" is a practice field located adjacent to the dirt parking lot to the right of the high school.
      • From North or South of Londonderry:
        • Take Rte 93 to Exit 4 (Londonderry/Derry).  Proceed West on Rte 102 until the intersection of Rte 128 (Mammoth Rd).  Take a Right onto Rte 128 (Mammoth Rd.) and proceed north.  Travel about 2 miles and Londonderry High School (LHS) is on your left (across from police station and library) just after Matthew Thornton Elementary School.  There is parking on either side of LHS.
      • From Nashua/Hudson:
        • Proceed east on Rte 102 or Rte 111.  Take a Left at the intersection of Rte 128 (Mammoth Rd.) and proceed north.  Proceed north approx. 2 miles (5 miles if coming from Rte 111) and Londonderry High School is on your left (across from police station and library) just after Matthew Thornton Elementary School. 
      • From Manchester/Bedford:
        • Proceed South on South Willow Street past the Mall of NH.  At the intersection of S. Willow Street and Rte 28, take a left onto Rte. 28 and follow for about 3 miles.  At the intersection of Rte 28 and Rte 128 (Mammoth Road), bear right and follow Rte 128/Mammoth Rd. south for approx. 3 miles.  Londonderry High School is on the right just after the Londonderry Middle School.
      • From the Seacoast:
        • Travel West on Rte. 101 to the intersection of Rte. 93.  Take 93 South to Exit 4.  Follow directions above from exit 4 (see directions for North or South of Londonderry).
      • From Keene/Monadnock:
        • Travel East on Rte. 101 to the intersection of Rte 93.  Take Rte 93 South to exit 4.  Follow directions above from exit 4 (see directions for North or South of Londonderry).
    • Londonderry Middle School (LMS) - 313 Mammoth Rd. Londonderry
      • Note that LMS is right next to the Londonderry High School.  If you are heading North on 128, go past LHS (see directions above from North or South) and the next building on your left will be LMS.

Take I-93 towards Manchester

Continue onto Route 293 to 101 West into Bedford

At the intersection of 101 and 114 turn left and continue on 101 West for 1.4 miles to Nashua Road (on left).

Turn left on Nashua Road and continue for 0.4 mile until the 4-way stop.

The school and the field are on the right up the hill and parking spots surround the school and fields.


Alternative (Construction On Nashua Road):

93 North to 101 West via the exit on the left towards Manchester Airport/Bedford/Manchester

Take NH 101 towards Milford/Keene

Turn left on to Liberty Hill Road ( this road is on both the left and right...take the left)

You will get to a four way stop go through the stop sign.

1/2 mile on the right you will see County Road take that street.

You will pass tennis courts on your right followed by the baseball field.

Middle School and High School will be straight ahead through the stop sign.

Derry Demons: Don Ball Field (Humphrey Road):
 
Take Route 102 East into Derry. Go through the center of town and through 2 sets of lights You will come to a rotary
 
Take a right at the rotary onto Rte 28 Bypass South
Follow 28 Bypass South just past West Running Brook School. Take next Left onto Humphrey Road
 
Don Ball field is the first left off of Humphrey road. Game field is up on the right next to the playground

Derry Demons: Gilbert H. Hood Middle School:

Gilbert H. Hood Middle School is located at #5 Hood Road.  From the traffic lights in the center of town ( aka Crystal Ave/ Birch Street) go east on East Broadway approximately one third of a mile to Hood Road. Turn left on to Hood Road.  Follow up hill to the end.

ROM THE NORTH VIA 293 - Take 93 South to 293 South. Follow 293 to Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge). Follow rotary and signs for Goffstown Back Road. Take Goffstown Back Road you will pass 1 fork in the road (at Straw Rd.), stay left, continue approximately 3 more miles passing Educare on the right, YMCA Allard Center on the Left, Grasmere General Store on the right. Take 2nd right after the store onto Tibbetts Hill Rd. Take first right onto Lauren Lane and bear right coming up the hill. Mountain View Middle School is at the top of the hill. Visitor parking and main entrance are located in the front of the building.

FROM THE NORTH VIA 89 - Take 93 South to 89 North. Take Exit 2 and turn Left onto Clinton St. Continue 4.1 miles to a blinking light. Turn Left onto Rte. 13. You will drive approximately 9.5 miles, traveling through Dunbarton to Goffstown Center. After the stop sign (Sully’s Superette and a popcorn stand will be on your right), turn Left onto Elm St. Drive 2.6 miles and turn Left onto Tibbetts Hill Rd. Take first right onto Lauren Lane and bear right coming up the hill. Mountain View Middle School is at the top of the hill. Visitor parking and the main doors are located in the front of the building.

FROM THE SOUTH - Take 93N. Go past exit 5, bear left at the fork (293N/101W). Follow 101W to set of lights at the intersection of 114 and 101. Go straight through the light (you will be on 114). At the 4th light on Rt. 114, take left onto 114/114A (Mast Road). Go by the Women’s State Prison (on right) and take the next right (Henry Bridge Road). Go over the small bridge and at stop sign, bear left (you will be directly across from the Grasmere General Store). Go by Bel Air Nursing Home (on right) and take the next right onto Tibbetts Hill Road. Once on Tibbetts Hill Road, take the first right onto Lauren Lane and bear right coming up the hill. Mountain View Middle School is at the top of the hill. Visitor parking and the main doors are located in the front of the building.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS/ GAS STATIONS - Take a left onto Tibbetts Hill Road at the stop sign take a left onto Center Street. Take your next right onto Henry Bridge Road go to the end of this road and take a left at the lights. Go straight through the next set of lights and straight ahead you will find McDonalds, Burger King, D’Angelos, Dunkin Donuts etc. You will also find a Mobil Station etc.

OR
Take a left onto Tibbetts Hill Road at the stop sign take a right onto Center Street. Continue 2 to 3 miles into the center of Goffstown. Take a left at the stop sign and you will find Vicksters, Putnams, and other small restaurants. Continue down Main Street and you will find an Exxon Station / Dunkin Donuts.

Hudson-Litchfield Bears:  Hudson Memorial School:

Travel West on Route 102 towards Hudson for approximately 9-
10 miles. You will pass Alvirne High School (on right hand side) as you enter the Town of
Hudson. As you continue west on Route 102 into Hudson, you will go through 4 sets of
lights. At the fourth set, you will want to be in the left hand lane following signs for Route
3A. There will be an Exxon Station and 7-11 at this intersection. You want to bear left
towards Route 3A as you pass the 7/11 on your right hand side. Follow this short road to the
stop sign and take a left onto Route 3A. Go approximately ¼ mile and take a left at the first
traffic light onto Central Street. Hudson Memorial School will be on your right hand side
approximately ¼ mile. Please park in designated parking spaces only. There are no pets
allowed on school property.

From I-93:

Take Exit 20 off of I-93 and head east on Route 3.  Go about 8 miles to the center of Laconia.  Route 3 becomes Union Ave at the lights in front of The Inn of All Seasons in the center of town.  Continue straight through the lights for another 0.7 miles and Laconia High School will be on your right after Brooks Pharmacy.  http://i.b5z.net/i/t/w/rnddot.gif

From the Southeast:
Take Route 11 through Alton Bay.  Continue on Rt. 11 into the town of Gilford.  At the lights in front of CVS Pharmacy/Shaw's Supermarket, continue straight onto Route 3.  Laconia High School will be about 3 miles from the lights on the left hand side of the road. http://i.b5z.net/i/t/w/rnddot.gif

From the Northeast:

Take route 25 into the town of Meredith, NH.  At the lights in Meredith, take a left onto Route 3.  Go about 1 mile to Route 106/Parade Road.  At the first set of lights on Parade Road, about 4 to 5 miles, take a left onto Elm Street.  Follow Elm street to the end, and take a right at the lights onto Route 3/Union Ave.  Laconia High School is less than 1 mile from this intersection on the left hand side of the road.


Manchester West Raiders -
From Seacoast and Points East:
Take Route 101 West. After Exit 1, follow signs to 93 South/101 West (signs will say Manchester/Boston). Stay right on I-93 South, take the exit for I-293/101 West, bear right. Stay right on I-293 toward Manchester/Concord. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street Bridge. At the bottom of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights. Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street. Just before the hospital overpass take a left onto Putnam Street, follow this to the end and take a right at the stop sign, the field should be in front of you.

From Nashua and Points South:
Take I-93 North or Route 3 North to I-293 North. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street Bridge. At the end of the ramp turn left onto Granite Street. At the bottom of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights. Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street. Just before the hospital overpass take a left onto Putnam Street, follow this to the end and take a right at the stop sign, the field should be in front of you. From Milford and Points West Proceed on 101 East. Take a right at the junction of Routes 101 and 114 and continue on 101 East. Bear right onto 293N - Manchester/ Concord. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street Bridge. At the bottom of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights. Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street. Just before the hospital overpass take a left onto Putnam Street, follow this to the end and take a right at the stop sign, the field should be in front of you.

From Concord and Points North:
Take I-93 South through the Hooksett toll booth to the junction of I-93 South and I-293 South. Take I-293 South to Exit 6 - Amoskeag Bridge. Follow signs to West Manchester, pass a few gas/mini marts, Dunkin Donuts, Coke plant, stay straight past St Mary’s Bank, just past the CMC overhead walkway take a right onto Putnam Street, follow this to the end and take a right at the stop sign, the field should be in front of you.

Follow Route 128 South (Mammoth Road). After crossing 111 at the set of lights, the field is about 4 miles down on the left. Muldoon Park!
 
Nashua PAL Force: Motta Field at Stellos Stadium:
Find your way to the Everett Turnpike (i.e. joins Route 3 coming north from Massachusetts with Route 293 coming south from Manchester). Take exit 5 (Route 111) west from the Everett Turnpike. Make the first right turn past the professional buildings on your right. Bear left into the stadium parking lot.
 
Nashua Crusaders:  Motta Field at Stellos Stadium
Find your way to the Everett Turnpike (i.e. joins Route 3 coming north from Massachusetts with Route 293 coming south from Manchester). Take exit 5 (Route 111) west from the Everett Turnpike. Make the first right turn past the professional buildings on your right. Bear left into the stadium parking lot.

Turn right at the end of the off-ramp onto Holderness Road. Follow the road through a bridge to a blinking red light and turn left onto Main Street.

Stay to the right when you come to the Town Common, and turn right past the Post Office (up the hill) onto Highland Street.
 
Stay on Highland Street for approximately one mile until you come to the third blinking light at the top of the hill. (Above the light is a rectangular sign for the Plymouth Elementary School and PRHS.)
 
Turn right onto Old Ward Bridge Road to the very end -- passing by the Plymouth Elementary School, the SAU #48 building, and finally the high school.
 
Drive through the parking lot, and you'll find Visitor Parking in front of the school.


 
Salem Rams: Grant Field
From I-93:
 
Take I-93 South to Exit 1. At the light (intersection of Rte 28), go straight thru the lights ontoVeteran's Memorial Parkway. You will pass the Salem Police Department on you left, follow to  the blinking light, take a left onto Germonty Drive. You will see the Salem High School on your left,turn into the school parking lot. You can park to your right in the lower parking lot and walk around to  the back to Grant Field or there is a limited parking lot in the back of the school by the field. Parking on the grass or fire zones is prohibited. Your car will be towed! Your must park in a designated parking space.
 
From Rte. 111
 
Take Rte. 111 East into Salem. When you come to the end at Windham Shoppes (intersection of Rte. 111A) take a left onto Rte 111 and follow straight to the intersection of Rte 28. Gostraight thru lights onto Lake Street (between US Gas and Honda Motorcars). Follow Lake Street to the end, at four-way intersection, take a right onto Milville Stree and go to the end. At the stop sigh, take a left onto Main St. (Rte 97) and follow to next intersection, you will pass Woodbury Jr School and Library on right. Take a right a the lights onto Geremonty Drive. You will see the Salem High School on your left, turn into the school parking lot. You can park to your right in the lower parking lot and walk around to the back to Grant Field or there is a limited parking lot in the back of the school by the field. You can park to your right in the lower parking lot and walk around to the back to Grant Field or there is a limited parking lot in the back of the school by the field. Parking on the grass or fire zones is prohibited. Your car will be towed! Your must park in a designated parking space.
From Rte. 111
Take Rte. 111 East into Salem. When you come to the end at Windham Shoppes (intersection of Rte. 111A) take a left onto Rte 111 and follow straight to the intersection of Rte 28. Gostraight thru lights onto Lake Street (between US Gas and Honda Motorcars). Follow Lake Street to the end, at four-way intersection, take a right onto Milville Stree and go to the end. At the stop sigh, take a left onto Main St. (Rte 97) and follow to next intersection, you will pass Woodbury Jr School and Library on right. Take a right a the lights onto Geremonty Drive. You will see the Salem High School on your left, turn into the school parking lot. Souhegan High School
  • From the North and East:
    1. Follow route 93 to 293 to Manchester, NH and take the exit for Route 101 West to Milford/Amherst. Follow Route 101 to the exit for Route 101A Milford/Nashua.
    2. Go right off the exit onto 101A East towards Nashua. At the next set of lights, go left on Route 122 and take your immediate right onto Stearns Road. Continue to the end and take a left onto Boston Post Road. The school is ahead on the right.
  • From the West:
    1. Follow Route 101 East to the exit for Route 101A Milford/Nashua.
    2. Follow step 2 above.
  • From the South:
    1. Follow Route 3 North to Nashua and take Exit 8 Amherst/Milford. At the end of the exit road, take a right onto Route 101A West.
    2. Continue through Merrimack on 101A until PC Connection Plaza (on the left). Across from the Cinemas, at the lights, take a right onto Boston Post Road. Follow this until you see the high school on the right.
